Spinach with Wasabi and Cream Cheese Sauce

Simple, light and delicious.



Ingredients( 4 Servingsl)


1 bunch (300-400g) spinach

1 tbsp. wasabi paste

1 tbsp. cream cheese, room temperature

1 tbsp. shoyu Japanese siy sauce


Method


1. Put the wasabi paste, cream cheese and shoyu in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

2. Wash the spinach well and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain, then cut into 4-5 cm length

3. Add the spinach into the bowl and mix.


Serving Suggestion


This makes a lovely side dish for any meal, a seafood, a meat or vegetarian main.
