Ingredients (4 servings)
3 tbsp. shoyu Japanese soy sauce
2 tbsp. light sesame paste (tahini)
3 tbsp. Su Japanese rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
A pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Delicious with any salad ingredients or greens such as plain boiled spinach.
