Nutty, light and aromatic.
Ingredients (4 servings)
3 tbsp. shoyu Japanese soy sauce
3 tbsp. komezu japanese rice vinegar
1 tbsp. gomaabura toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated ginger - use Japanese ginger grater for finer texture
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Delicious with salad leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, sliced boiled eggs etc. or as a sauce for noodles when served cold.
